Meet Diego
Diego Zunun is the owner, founder, and lead arborist at Titan Arbor Solutions. He's been working in tree care for five years and is currently studying for the ISA Certified Arborist exam — the gold-standard credential in the industry.
When you call Titan Arbor, Diego is the person you'll talk to. He's the person who shows up to quote the job, runs the crew on the day, and follows up after. There's no layer of sales reps, no "let me check with my manager," no surprises on the invoice. The same person who looks at your tree is the person responsible for the work.
How we think about the job
Tree care is one of the most dangerous trades in the country, and one of the easiest to do badly. A bad pruning cut won't kill anyone, but it can shorten a tree's life by decades. A bad removal can take out a house. We take both seriously.
That means following the industry standards: ANSI A300 for pruning, ANSI Z133 for safety, no topping, no spike-climbing live trees, no cutting under load without proper rigging. It means honest assessments — telling you when a tree can be saved and when it can't, and not selling work that doesn't need doing.
Working toward ISA Certified Arborist
Diego is actively studying for the ISA Certified Arborist exam, the industry's recognized credential. He's working through the certification book now and expects to test within the next few months. Until then, "ISA Certified Arborist" is something we aspire to, not something we claim. We'll update this page the day the cert is in hand.
