What we prioritize, in this order
- Life safety — get people away from anything that could fall further
- Structure protection — stabilize what’s already on your home before more damage occurs
- Access restoration — clear blocked driveways, doorways, and utility runs
- Full removal & cleanup — once it’s safe, the rest of the job
What to do before we arrive
- Get everyone out of the affected area, including out of the rooms below or near anything hanging
- Do not touch downed power lines or trees in contact with them — call your utility first, then us
- Don’t try to cut anything yourself if it’s under load (bent, pinned, hung up). A loaded tree releases violently when cut wrong, and storm wood is the most common cause of serious chainsaw injuries
- Take photos for your insurance claim if it’s safe to do so
