These terms govern your use of titanarbor.com — the website itself. They do not constitute the contract for tree-care services we perform. When we agree to do work for you, that's a separate written agreement (your quote / signed estimate) that controls the work, the price, the timing, and any warranties.

Information on this site

We try to keep the information here accurate, but the site is a marketing site, not a contract. Prices, scheduling, and the specifics of any job are determined when we meet on-site, look at the tree, and give you a written quote. Anything that contradicts a signed quote — the quote wins.

Photos on this site include stock photography used illustratively. They do not depict specific jobs we have completed unless we say so.

No professional advice

Content on this site about tree care, diseases, pruning, etc., is general information based on our experience. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a qualified arborist. If a tree on your property is hazardous, please call us or another professional — do not rely on a website to make that call.

Free quotes are free

When we say "free quotes," we mean it. A quote does not create an obligation for you to hire us. We don't bill for the visit, the assessment, or the proposal. If you decide to use someone else, we wish you well.

Use of the website

You're welcome to read this site, share links to it, and recommend us. Don't scrape it for AI training, copy the photography for your own commercial use, or impersonate the business. Standard internet manners apply.

External links

We occasionally link to other websites for context (industry standards bodies, mapping services, etc.). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
